Ex-Royal Marine commando Mark Ormrod hosts his podcast #NoLimits, which discusses his time in the Armed Forces, and records his experience as a triple amputee since returning to civvy street. The podcast also acts as an opportunity for him to pass on the valuable information and lessons he’s learned throughout his journey, to help other veterans who might be in a similar situation to him.

With all of the madness going on across social media I forgot that yesterday it was 17yrs since we went into Iraq. That was a crazy couple of years on my life where I literally left school, joined the Royal Marines, witnessed the tragedies of 9/11 and then went to war for the first time all by the age of 19! Those few years made me grow up FAST and laid a solid foundation to build a strong mindset thought shared experiences and hardship. I served with some of the best men on the planet and I wouldn’t change it for anything. Happy anniversary Gents 👊🏻
If you want some positive reinforcement, a motivation boost or an encouraging word during these difficult times, tune into #NoLimits today.
MY DAD WROTE A PORNO
There’s only one podcast we can recommend if you want to laugh so much you’ll forget everything else that’s going on. Follow the story of Belinda Blumenthal and her high powered job as sales director at Steele’s Pots and Pans.
Jamie Morton reads a chapter of the books each episode to his friends, James Cooper and Radio 1’s Alice Levine, though this podcast comes with a twist: Jamie’s dad is actually the author of the Belinda Blinked series, written under the pen name, Rocky Flintstone.
Nothing can prepare you for the antics Belinda and her colleagues get up to, so make sure to tune in to find out for yourself. If you need a laugh, this is the podcast for you.
THAT PETER CROUCH PODCAST
Hosted by ex-England player Peter Crouch, Tom Fordyce and Radio 1’s Chris Stark, the trio bring their guide to being a professional footballer.
Covering topics such as retiring from football, what it’s like in a changing room, and Peter’s iconic goal celebration, it’s a podcast you can enjoy and laugh along to even if you’re not a football fan.
You can also listen to this on the BBC Radio 5 website.
